Return Eligibility
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- All tags and labels must be intact.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@opalonlinee.org. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
